Now if you are thinking about getting a new design for your cabinets you have to first and most importantly choose one based on how your design already looks in your bathroom and base your cabinet on that. So before you start doing anything, as always I highly doing some research before anything else. When I was buying my new bathroom cabinet – I got a bathroom mirror cabinet by the way – I had to do a lot of research to find the one that will fit best in my bathroom. There are so many different types of brands out there that it was a little bit hard to choose which one would look the best. I’m not the type of person that would buy something and if I don’t like it return it, so I try my best to pick up the one that I know I will like.

So I had to take a few days to look through them all and print some pictures out and compare them while standing in the bathroom. After a few days I finally picked the one that look the best, it had a shaving socket on it as well and the lights were perfect. They didn’t shine to much and they could change the amount of light the let out which is really great when you have to go to the bathroom late at night and you don’t want to turn on the lights really bright. If you want that it will take some electrical work, but if you have the money to hire an electrician to do some work then it is definitely worth it, but it isn’t anything too special. A little off topic but an easy alternative for that is to put a small standing lamp near a outlet and simply use that, I had a touch lamp so I would simply touch it once and it would turn on a dim light.

So look through as many as you can, that is really key, the more options you know you have the better it will be. Print out a few pictures and ask for opinions from friends and family to see what they think. Match the design as much as you can, whether you are going for a European styles, antique or modern simply attract the rest of the bathroom into it and blend it together as much as you can, this will really help out a lot.
